Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you should not use or access this website. 

How to order and methods of payment:

We accept debit and credit card payments for online orders via Paypal or Google Checkout, these are secure methods of payment and incur no additional charges.  

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept cheques as a method of payment.  You can, however, still pay using your credit or debit card over the telephone.  Please select the 'Pay by telephone' option under payment method at the checkout and complete your details, ensuring you have entered your telephone number.  You will then need to select 'Confirm and pay'.  We will give you a call within 12 hours to take your payment.

Returns and refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return any items, in their original, unused, condition, for a full refund within 14 days.  We are unable to refund your postage costs for returning the item to us, and recommend that you ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund of returned items which are not in their original condition. You will be refunded the price that you paid for the item, not the price of the item at the time of being returned to us.

Refunds for returned items will be made via the same payment method the goods were purchased by.  

Our prices:

All prices shown include postage and packaging costs for postage to UK addresses, so the price you see is the price you pay.  We do not have a minimum order value, meaning you can order just the items you want, as and when you want them.  Our prices include VAT at the standard rate, where applicable.

Delivery,  shortages and errors:

Items are posted via Royal Mail first class post within 1 working day of receiving your order and cleared payment.  Most orders are delivered within 2 days of despatch, but occasionally the delivery of your item may be unavoidably delayed.  We therefore ask you to allow 10 days for your order to arrive before contacting us.

Proof of posting will be obtained.  Free postage applies only within England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.  Orders which total over £25 will require a signature upon delivery. 

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase reaches you on time and complete.  In the unfortunate event that there is a problem, please email us as soon as possible so that we can resolve it for you.

GENERAL

Product variations

Whilst we take every care to describe and portray our items accurately, many of our products are made by hand, or from natural materials, and as such minor differences may occur.  Slight variations may also occur as a result of the differing display qualities between computer monitors.

Discount Voucher Codes

Discount voucher codes may be available from time to time.  These codes must only be used by the person to whom they were issued.  Any code is valid only for one online order.  We reserve the right to withdraw any codes at any time, without prior notice.  We reserve the right to decline to process any order where a code has been misused.  Any discount will be applied proportionally to goods, therefore any returned or refunded items will be refunded at the proportional price, not the selling price before discount.  Voucher codes cannot be exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher code.

Back Orders

If an item which you order is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and put this item on back order for you.  You are welcome to cancel any items on back order should you wish.  Any items on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are available.

MISCELLANEOUS

If a product is listed and/or priced incorrectly due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If the item has been paid for we will refund in full via the original method.

Abusive communications to Harvey Daniels Gundog Supplies, via email or otherwise, will not be tolerated and may result in further action.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason, or refuse service, to anyone at anytime at our sole discretion.

We are not liable for any damage or injury caused as a result of product failure or misuse.

We reserve the right to change the price of any item, at any time.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time, or edit any content on this website without prior notice.

We will not be liable to you, or any third party, for withdrawing any product from this website, whether or not this product has been sold.
